4 Year Old Kindergarten

The Learning Station Preschool is a program that was designed for the specific purpose of getting your child ready for Kindergarten.   As we educated ourselves on brain development in children and as we saw the differences in children coming from an education program and those who did not, we determined a need for a more extensive education program: The LSP (Learning Station Preschool).

The children in this program learn basic Kindergarten readiness: pre reading skills, phonics, basic Spanish (increases connections in your child's brain which makes it easier for him/her to learn ANY language as they get older), writing skills, social awareness, self esteem, as well as the ability to express themselves creatively and freely.  Respect for ones self and others as well as property and personal space; independent thinking and skills are all an extension of the curriculum provided by the LSP. 


New Richmond: In 2006, The New Richmond School District implemented a 4K program operated by the local preschool programs.  LSP is in partnership with the School District and offers a fabulous learning and socializing environment for you and your child.  Classes are offered Monday thru Thursday 8:00 am - 11:10 am.  There is class on Fridays occasionally.  A school year calendar will be provided to you. The cost is free to any child living in the district or any district that has a 4K program. This program offers several parent socialization events to introduce you to other families in the area.  Wrap around care is available.  The cost of this program is dependent on the number and legnth of the days needed.  Participation is optional.


Hudson:  In 2017, the Hudson School District implemented a 4K program operated by the local preschool programs.  Bear Buddies is in partnership with the School District and offers a fabulous learning and socializing environment for you and your child.  Classes are offered Monday thru Friday 9:00 am - 11:30 am. The cost is free to any child living in the district.  This program offers several parent socialization events to introduce you to other families in the area.  Wrap around care is available.  The cost of this program is dependent on the number and length of the days needed.  Participation is optional. 

Baldwin: LSP is an all day program.  We have designed a program that is flexible and user friendly for all families.  A creatative morning begins with breakfast, group time, and following with educational stations.  A creative afternoon begins with outdoor exploration and activities, center and self exploration time and departure activities wrap up the remainder of the day.  Please contact the center for more information.  This program offers in-house parent socialization events to introduce you to other families in the class and the center.  Participation is optional.
