Hello, I am Kristy LaDuke. I am the Director of Bear Buddies in New Richmond. I am married to Randy and we have two wonderful boys, Dante 9 and Dominic 5. I have completed my Early Childhood Certification, have continued my education with several management courses and am currently enrolled in the Administrative Credential courses at WITC. These courses are geared for Early Childhood Directors. I have been with Bear Buddies for 4.5 years, I started out as a 2 year old teacher and worked my way up to Center Director. What I love the most is giving all of the children a warm, safe, loving environment while providing a quality education program. I look forward to meeting and getting to know each of you.
Hi there, I am Vicki Fahey. I am the Director of Bear Buddies in Hudson. I am married to my high school sweetheart, Ray, and have been for 33 years. We have 3 grown children, 5 grandchildren and 2 dogs. In my spare time I enjoy ice fishing and relaxing on the river. I have completed my Early Childhood Certification and as a Director have continued with management classes. I am currently enrolled in the Administrative Credential Courses at WITC. I am learning an overwhelming amount of useful and exciting information to bring to the families here at the center. I look forward to each day, being able to spend time with you and your child.
Hello!. I am Krista Joachim. I am the Executive Director and one of the co-owners of Bear Buddies Child Development Center, Inc. My mother founded Bear Buddies in 1991 and in 1999, our family decided to go into business together. I have two gorgeous daughters: Cheyanne 15 and Skylyn 12. I have worked in every classroom and age group and really enjoy working with the children and families. Currently I oversee all of the operations of both facilities and help manage marketing materials and advertising. I am also the resident Gelato maker at our family owned restaurant, JW Kaladi's. I am enrolled in the Administrative Credential Program at WITC and have completed 3 years of college...(not knowing what I wanted to be when I grew up.), as well as countless courses on Problem Solving, Management, and Communication. If someone would ask me "Why do you do what you do?" I would only say.."Children are the whole package... they smile with their whole face, they cry with their whole feelngs, they giggle with their whole body, they eat with their whole hands, they sing with their whole voice and they love with their whole heart." What better job could you have than that?
